These reports have been developed in conjunction with 60 schools, Primary Advisers and School Development personnel with the aim of providing strategic analysis to help drive the school improvement process.

Traca™ contains reports targeted at the class teacher as well as the senior management team.

All reports are selected using the Report Explorer which simplifies the report selection process.

Traca™ has a comprehensive filter facility that allows reports to be filtered on any combination of pupil or result attributes.

Reports can be instantly sorted by simply clicking on the appropriate column.

Summary reports will, if required, automatically calculate subject levels in accordance with QCA weightings from individual attainment targets.

Pupil Performance Overview A report detailing by attainment target: entry TA, end of year target, end of year TA, projected progress from entry, progress against target and actual progress from entry (progress shown as thirds of a level).

Progress Towards Target A subject report detailing by attainment target: end of year target, latest TA and difference (difference shown as thirds of a level).

End of Year Targets A subject report detailing by attainment target: end of year targets and calculated subject level.

Teacher Assessment History A report detailing by attainment target: all TA’s for the current year. Drill down allows a single pupil’s progress to be plotted against their respective target.

Subject Performance Overview A subject report detailing by attainment target: entry TA, end of year TA and difference (difference shown as thirds of a level).

School Overview A whole school report showing by year group: cumulative frequency at each level for entry TA and end of year TA summarised to APS and difference for each year group.

Key Stage Tracking A report by intake year detailing by attainment target the end of year target and TA for each completed year. Report summarises APS and level for each column. KS1 average level and KS2 predicted average level from QCA value added data displayed.

Target Performance A chart by subject showing cumulative frequency of pupils under achieving, on target and over achieving.
