We are a family run company and our clients – education authorities, schools, teachers and their pupils – are extremely important to us.

School Solutions endeavours to give world class customer support and we believe that we are not selling a software product so much as a service. Our aim is to work with you to ensure that you are fully proficient and happy with Traca™. Only when Traca™ is being used throughout a school do we consider we have got a new customer. In addition, as a family run company we are able to work closely with each of our clients to ensure that ‘what you see is what you get’.

We deal with our customers direct and whatever your requirements you will always be assisted by one of our own highly trained personnel. Neither do we use a call centre to monitor your calls.

School Solutions Limited will always set realistic expectations in all dealings with you, the customer, so that promises are kept and there are no unpleasant surprises. We will always listen to what you have to say and endeavour to meet your expectations. We are proactive and fully responsive to the needs of Primary education, enabling us to give top rate service and good value to our customers.

About Our Team
The Traca™ team has been involved in software development for many years and School Solutions Limited was ‘born’ out of Alpha Technology Limited, a company which provides commercial retailing banking applications to some of the major banks in the world.

We actively encourage our staff to participate within the Primary sector in support of their local communities. Indeed, a number of our staff are involved in their local primary schools as governors, teachers, parent-teacher representatives and cycling proficiency instructors. We have a rapport with local school communities and enjoy working within this sphere.

Piloting and Development
Traca™ was successfully piloted in Hertfordshire in 2000 and has since been rolled out throughout the county in conjunction with the Hertfordshire LEA. We continue to work closely with the LEA and Hertfordshire primary schools to ensure that Traca™ fully meets their needs.

We are continually developing Traca™ to meet specific requirements and give our clients throughout the country the very best solutions for their assessment and tracking needs. We understand that the Primary market is constantly changing and are aware that we need to keep up with these changes to give you what you need now - not in six months time!
